Interactable Component
UEDInteractableComponent turns any AActor into an interactable target for the player component.

The component owns:
- A GameplayTag identifier (
InteractableTag) - Focus settings (distance, trace method hints)
- Interaction settings (method, cooldown, hit points, etc.)
- UI settings (title/description/widget class)
- Outline settings (stencil index, detailed mode)
- Optional interaction fragments (extensibility)
