Foliage Interaction

EDInteractionSystem supports interacting with instanced static meshes (foliage / ISM / HISMC) using a data-driven configuration.

Key pieces:

  • UEDInteractionSettings::InteractableFoliage provides the mapping from UStaticMesh → interaction data.
  • UEDInteractionGameStateComponent manages replication of removed foliage instances and optional respawn.
  • The player component can focus foliage instances and display outline + UI.
